But because any energy can become distorted when it is ignored, overused, feared, or misunderstood.
Many people approach shadow work as a battle.
They try to eliminate uncomfortable emotions, unwanted habits, or difficult parts of themselves.
But real transformation rarely comes through rejection.
It comes through understanding.
The goal of this lesson is not to defeat your shadow.
The goal is to listen to it.
Because beneath every shadow pattern is often a lesson waiting to be heard.
