You have learned their symbolism, their place in ritual, their relationship to the natural world, and the ways they appear in your thoughts, emotions, actions, and spiritual life.

Now it is time to pause.

Learning becomes wisdom when you take time to reflect on your own experience.

These journal prompts are not a test, and there are no right or wrong answers.

Allow yourself to write honestly.

Sometimes your first answer will surprise you.

Sometimes a question will stay with you for days before an answer begins to emerge.

Trust that process.

Reflection is part of the practice.
